Leading Mobile Application Developer

Overview Focused on delivering cutting-edge mobile applications, we are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to drive cross-platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building mobile applications using Dart and Flutter. A strong background in mobile development, state management, performance optimization, and modern software engineering practices is essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading features end-to-end, mentoring juniors, and collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Requirements Languages & Frameworks : Dart, Flutter, Kotlin / Java (Android), Swift (iOS) (bonus)

Architecture : MVVM, Clean Architecture, layered modular design

Backend Integration : REST APIs

Tools & Platforms : Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket, Jira, CI / CD

Testing : Unit, widget, and integration testing frameworks

DevOps / Cloud (nice to have) : Firebase services, AWS Amplify, Google Cloud, Docker basics

Soft Skills : Problem-solving, communication, mentoring, code review, agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban)

Experience Level Mid-level : 2-4 years of Flutter experience, works independently on features with some guidance

Senior-level : 4+ years of Flutter experience (or strong prior mobile background + 2+ years in Flutter), leads projects, sets architecture direction, mentors teammates, and drives technical decisions
