- 🔍 ¿Qué buscamos? : RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of a multi-agent AI system for automated resolution of enterprise support tickets.
- Develop agent components for : o Querying incident catalogs.
o Retrieving knowledge base entries using RAG pipelines.
o Interacting with external APIs (e.g., ticketing systems) to manage ticket lifecycle.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.Build and optimize data pipelines on Azure Databricks to support agent reasoning and decision-making.Implement vector search over structured and unstructured data sources.Develop reusable agent behaviors (e.g., memory, tool invocation, role-based actions).Ensure seamless integration with internal systems, APIs, and external platforms.Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing of AI components.Contribute to CI / CD workflows and experiment tracking using tools like MLflow or Azure ML.Document technical designs and support onboarding of new AI contributors.REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience designing and implementing AI systems, ideally with multi-agent or modular conversational architectures.Strong hands-on skills with Databricks on Azure, including Spark-based data processing and ML pipelines.Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval strategies.Experience integrating AI systems with external APIs and enterprise platforms (e.g., incident / ticketing tools).Proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).Familiarity with CI / CD workflows for ML components and model evaluation practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in agile teams.Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or related fields.RESIDENCIA EN ESPAÑA INGLES : Mínimo B2 TECHNOLOGY STACK AI / ML : Python, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel Vector Search / RAG : Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate Cloud Platform : Azure (Databricks, Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure Storage) Data Engineering : Spark (PySpark), Delta Lake, REST API ingestion, event-driven architecture DevOps & Experiment Tracking : Azure DevOps, MLflow, Git APIs & Integrations : RESTful APIs, JSON schemas, ticketing system APIs (e.g., REMEDY) Documentation & Collaboration : Confluence, Jira, Git INGLÉS ALTO RESIDENCIA EN ESPAÑA ⭐ ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
