Job Description : This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Industrialization Team within Operations focused on shaping the future based on innovation of products, new technologies and way of working. The mission in the Industrialization department is to guarantee the technical / digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence. Our way of working is built upon trust, collaboration, autonomy / accountability and flexibility. Activities are split into missions integrated in different Space business areas such as Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis) and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

Responsibilities Define, specify, implement and support Industrial means according to process requirements and ergonomics standards, focusing on a spacecraft equipment automatic production line.

Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on cost, and on quality for Industrial means defined with relevant collaboration supply chain organization.

Lead the industrial point of view for design for manufacturing processes in collaboration with the Engineering department.

Define automatization processes, machine programming and maintenance strategy roadmap.

Define digitalization requirements for industrial means to align with the Production tool suite.

Lead support and troubleshooting on the shop floor at the Industrial means level.

Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.

Support and lead continuous improvement according to production needs / feedback : Kaizen, PPS, defining Industrial means requirements.

Be a member of the multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs.

Simulate scenarios and define the way forward for production ramp up.

Qualifications and Skills Higher Education (Bachelor or Master) related to Aeronautics, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience leading automation and programming machine processes in Industrialization / Improvement Projects (Production and Test Systems, Lean, MES, etc.).

Digital mindset (automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators).

Electronic manufacturing and Test processes knowledge is valued.

LANGUAGES : English and Spanish.

Soft skills : Proactive, well organized, autonomous with strong teamwork, continuous improvement orientation, customer support approach, openness and flexibility, leadership for change management, keen interest in Space Business.
