Project Description

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Life Science / Pharma R&D focus to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business analyst or scientific role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

Translate Scientific and Business Process needs into technical specifications

Act as a bridge between a customer and the MIGx technical team

Analyze and model complex process / data flows to support pharmaceutical R&D initiatives

Support systems implementation, integration, qualification, and validation efforts

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on digital transformation in life sciences.

Lead workshops, gap analyses, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements - Must have

Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, regulatory requirements (e.G., GxP, FDA, EMA)

Experience with clinical study protocols

Familiarity with biostatistics, bioinformatics, clinical data, research data, RWD or lab informatics is a plus

Experience with data modeling, requirements engineering, and process mapping

Familiarity with Pharma R&D systems (e.G., CDMS, CTMS, PV, RIM, LIMS, ELN, or eTMF systems)

Knowledge of data standards (e.G., CDISC, HL7, IDMP) and data governance

Requirements - Nice to have

Experience with knowledge management

Understanding of “Data as a Product” principles

Experience with Data Mesh, graph databases, and ontology development to support next-gen data architectures

Experience with data-focused solutions in the cloud e.G. Azure :

Synapse, Databricks

Proficiency in tools like JIRA / ADO, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

Data modeling skills :

Relational, Dimensional, Graph
