Overview Job Title : Culinary Expert
The Culinary Expert is a critical member of the kitchen team, responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Stay up-to-date on kitchen policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager promptly.
Attend daily briefings and meetings as scheduled to maintain open communication.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask efficiently, paying close attention to details and maintaining excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook or 2 years in the F&B industry, preferably in a restaurant with similar cuisine.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred or relevant accumulated experience.
Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills a plus.
