Aircraft Quality Assurance Position

Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to the development of our aircraft in Sevilla.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing on-site quality processes and audits, ensuring they meet company standards.

This includes developing and maintaining quality training programs for employees, creating procedures as needed.

Liaising with our HQ Quality department is crucial to ensure compliance with aviation QS / QM standards.

The successful candidate will have :

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Management

At least 5 years of experience as a structural assembler or quality inspector in a metalworking environment

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and interpreting certificates and standards

Fluent English and Spanish (B2 level)

Strong decision-making skills, reliability, and quality awareness
