We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments. This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments.
- Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation.
- Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects.
- Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed.
- Provide weekly activity and performance reports.
- Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales.Solid understanding of collaboration, sales and project representation.Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Organised and confident, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking.Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support the project's visibility.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.Ideal Profile :
