• &##Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market;
• Localise & deploy Marketing initiatives & campaigns;
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients;
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC;
• Listen to the trends of the German health-tech market and support market research efforts where required;
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.);
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online;

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance.

Fluent in German & English.
