Descripción del trabajoContribute to shaping the engineering vision, structure, and processes. Lead and oversee two product-oriented squads (each including a Tech Lead, Developers, and QA Engineers). Take part in hiring, onboarding, and developing team cohesion and motivation. Define and monitor performance and quality KPIs , analyze results, and drive continuous improvement. Organize and run delivery rituals (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Maintain awareness of security and regulatory requirements specific to the sector. Advise and participate in strategic technical decisions . Strong background in software development . At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams in a dynamic environment (scale-up, tech, fintech...). Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to balance technical quality and delivery speed . Knowledge of Python , microservices architectures , or gRPC is an advantage. Previous experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.

- Salary : €80,000 – €90,000 gross per year
