Descripción del trabajoEssential Duties and Responsibilities- Audit adherence to fulfillment policies that optimize our physical flow of goods and SC reporting for the region, propose process improvements- Understand and communicate warehouse / inventory / distribution policies and routes with global suppliers internal and external- Act as tactical lead for logistics flows and supply chain policies for newly acquired entities, providing training on policies and procedures regionally- Manage adherence to trade compliance policies and processes via our restricted party screening tools and EMEA customs requirements- Assist in custom clearance and audit activities for inbound shipments and special trade programs as require- Review freight costs in Intelligent Audit to report opportunities to global supply chain and the sites, acting as a super user in our freight audit and pay system and reporting- Participate in other related Supply Chain projects as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and / or Work Experience- Degree or certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field- 3-5 Years of experience in international logistics- Customs & Logistics Certifications are beneficialTechnical Skills / Physical Requirements- Proficiency in ERP warehouse management systems- Experience with freight audit and pay processes- Knowledge of customs administration system Proteria or equivalent- Skills in data analysis and performance metrics (Power BI).- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for generating reports and analyzing data- Fluent in English;
additional EU languagespreferredOther Skills- Understanding of EU export and import regulations- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsTravel : Some travel required, 10% of the time#J-18808-Ljbffr
