At ALTER TECHNOLOGY NORD, we are looking for a Senior Software Analyst / Developer with a strong technical foundation, experience in secure development, and the motivation to grow into a leadership role.

This position combines hands-on development with coordination of key projects, ensuring that solutions meet both business needs and security standards (ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust desktop and web applications.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of project plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with the CIO to align development efforts with business objectives and information security requirements.
  • Support documentation, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

    • This is what we expect

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software analysis and development.
  • Strong skills in C#, .NET, WPF (Python or J2EE is a plus).
  • Advanced SQL expertise : complex queries and database modelling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Knowledge of secure development practices and awareness of ISO 27001 principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset and motivation to step into coordination and leadership roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2+).

    • Nice-to-have

  • Experience with CI / CD and DevOps tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or project management.
