Your responsibilities

Review videos, images, text, and audio according to company policies.

Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and appeals.

Ensure user and brand safety by monitoring and moderating sensitive content.

⚠️ Note : this role involves exposure to sensitive material including vulgar, violent, or disturbing content.

Your profile

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit / residency card (mandatory).

Fluent French speaker with good English skills.

Motivated, resilient, and committed to high-quality work.

Strong communication and listening abilities.

Interest in social media and digital trends.

Willingness to work abroad in a multicultural environment.

What’s in it for you?

Contract : Long-term fixed-term, renewable yearly.

Working hours : Full-time, 40h / week, rotating shifts.

Salary :

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included) : €1040 gross / month.

Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month.

Relocation package

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.

Airport pick-up upon arrival.

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).
