Key Responsibilities :

• Support logistics flow from Italy and France to Spain, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient stock management.
• Manage orders, prevent stock breakages, and develop effective solutions for logistical issues.
• Establish logistic organizations for new restaurant openings, assist with day-to-day purchasing needs, and maintain local supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate pricelist and supplier data, procure products, manage inventory, and analyze performance to develop improvement plans.
