What will you do?

You will lead the delivery of innovative software products that bring value to our clients. Your responsibilities include :

• Product Management : Own the product backlog, evaluate impact, size and dependencies, and manage scope with the client to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
• Client Relations : Understand client needs, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships that create business opportunities and add value.
• Team Leadership : Foster a culture of excellence, set clear goals and shared objectives, and apply people‑management practices such as onboarding and team building.
• Metrics and Agile Delivery : Work with Scrum teams to deliver value, track progress, prepare status reports, and ensure sprint metrics are in place.
