The Challenge

You’ll own the user interface that brings humans and AI together in real financial workflows. This isn’t about fitting AI into old systems, it’s about inventing new ways for people to work side-by-side with intelligent agents. There are very few examples to draw from, so expect real design challenges.

Your Impact

Design and build real-time UIs where finance teams can collaborate with AI agents

Create performant frontend architectures to handle complex financial workflows and AI interactions

Create intuitive ways for users to review, correct, and guide AI decisions

Visualize how humans and AI interact — not just data, but decision-making itself

Develop tools that support cross-team collaboration inside complex finance ops

Turn messy, multi-source financial data into clear, usable visuals

What You'll Need

3–5 years of experience leading frontend development at top startups or scaleups, fintech is a big plus

Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript in production environments

A sharp eye for design and solid UX skills, you care about how things look, feel, and work

Experience building responsive applications with complex data requirements

Experience writing testable code and API integrations

Solid grasp of frontend performance optimization and testing
