About the Role

We’re looking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our IoT Platform team. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems and solutions.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver results.
• Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Drive conversations with the team and the client.
