Job Summary As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving store turnover and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and develop sales of the store by taking care of customers, presenting products, identifying client needs, and finalizing sales.
Develop multiple and complementary cross-selling and ensure product exchanges.
Take charge of special orders and build customer loyalty.
Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking, and inventories, and list new products and their prices in store.
Key Responsibilities Present the brand's universe to customers and respect the selling ceremony.
Provide a courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken.
Ensure the personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards.
Respect brand image and ensure the shelving of products in accordance with brand standards.
Profile We are looking for individuals with experience in luxury and fashion sales, preferably with a strong shoe product sensitivity. Excellent presentation and oral communication skills are essential, as well as good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques.
Aptitudes The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of customer service, adaptability, flexibility, and team spirit. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese is a plus.
