International Business Specialist

Job Description :

Responsible for overseas orders (including sales loan, prototype borrowing) handling and process improvement, follow the policy of the destination country for delivery compliance, support the company's overseas business.

• Responsible for controlling contract entry and exit, standardizing order fulfilment process and overseeing contract fulfillment risks;
• Responsible for order (including sales loan) fulfilment cycle management, identifying and handling stalled orders, shortening the order fulfilment cycle;
• Responsible for the forecast and achievement of regional (country) sales revenue, invoicing, and account receivables;
• Responsible for the management of prototype borrowing, ensuring the accounts are in line with the real;
• Responsible for assisting the maintenance of overseas agents;
• Responsible for assisting the sales department to carry out order data statistics and analysis, providing support for sales management;
• Responsible for local country administrative related works.
