We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead process improvement initiatives and drive standardization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of process improvements based on industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes and identify areas for enhancement, including cost savings and productivity gains.
- Develop and implement strategies for industrialization, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for operating cost savings (OCS) and manage their implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Support quality assurance teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
