Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to collect, integrate, and interpret social media data with the goal of delivering actionable insights to our clients. You will develop clear and effective dashboards and reports, helping brands understand their performance and guiding them to make informed strategic decisions.
We’re seeking someone detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate data from multiple social media platforms and sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSVs, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Digimind, Pulsar, Netbase, Social Studio).
- Interpret organic and paid social media metrics (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Stories, Reels).
- Translate metrics into insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations within the defined social media strategy.
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and campaign-specific reports (weekly, final).
- Create and maintain analytics and social listening dashboards, as well as schedule and publish content in Sprinklr.
- Identify insights through social listening tools : manage alerts, build queries, clean and categorize mentions, and extract conclusions.
- Collaborate closely with the social and strategy teams to support data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or at least 1 year of experience with social media listening tools.Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audiences, and storytelling.Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, handling large datasets).Comfortable managing and interpreting large volumes of data.Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Curious and proactive, always looking for new ways to improve reporting and analysis processes.We think you’re awesome if you :
Experience with the social listening tool Sprinklr and familiarity with others such as Pulsar, Brandwatch, Digimind, Netbase, or Social Studio.Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing presentations.Additional information
