From day one you\'ll have a permanent contract and will be actively contributing as an SDR, while also participating in a structured learning path that will give you in-depth exposure to all the key areas of our business : Sales Cycle, Product & Market, Sales Enablement, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Career Growth, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Operations.
Our goal is that, by the end of the program, you will have built a 360° view of the sales organization and be ready to take the next step in your career within the company choosing between AM or Sales path.
About the role
The SDR plays a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth and efficiency by proactively engaging and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. This person will act as the critical bridge between marketing-generated MQLs and Sales Managers, ensuring a consistent flow of sales-ready opportunities.
