• JOB SUMMARY
• : Manage accounts receivable for the Center for Advanced Dental clinics by filing and following up on insurance claims and patient pay.
• RESPONSIBLITES
• 1. Manage billing and Accounts receivable of the CADE clinics : a. Monthly billing of patient accounts b. Submit insurance claims c. Posting of payments and daily deposit of cash / checks / insurance and online payments d. Oversee collection procedures and track overdue accounts. e. Send past due accounts to collections. f. Track and manage AR of the 4 clinics and follow up on delinquent accounts. g. Issue refunds as necessary
• 2. Maintain patient records. Resolve patient inquiries.
• 3. Present clinic operations and financial
