Overview

For our Human Resources department, we are looking for an experienced HR Lead for Spain & LATAM to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. You will lead a team of 5 people and will be part of a team specialized in talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development, working closely with our senior leadership and contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.
Responsibilities
- Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals
- Represent UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally
- Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region
- Lead and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Manage complex employee relations and performance issues
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
- Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firmsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in Spanish and English (at least C1)Location
