Overview Facilities Manager (maternity cover)

The Facilities Manager will lead a team to ensure management of the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property / facility, and support the Senior Facilities Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and / or client. The role will have responsibility for service quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies and site budgets accuracy.

Responsibilities

Lead team for daily client facility management operations

Serve as key on-site contact for stakeholders / clients

Manage service quality, maintenance, operations, and budgets

Oversee contracts and vendors per best practices

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Implement business continuity and risk management plans

Required Experience

Experience in facilities management or related fields

Knowledge of occupational safety and critical systems (HVAC, electrical / mechanical systems, BMS)

Commercial contract management and financial analysis skills

Proficiency in computer systems and specialized vendor management
