You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team. The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
Responsibilities :
Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the our internal New Business Sales teams
Company evaluation : assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
Company qualification : conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs
Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his / her work in a presentable format
Requirements Language Skills : C2 level of Spanish with B2 level of English
12 months of experience in digital advertising or market research
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Able to use spreadsheets for organizing information, performing calculations, and creating visual summaries
Familiarity with identifying business trends and understanding customer needs in small business contexts
Pays attention to detail in tasks and checks work for accuracy
Has used CRM systems to input and update customer data and is comfortable navigating new features
Keeps tasks organized and meets deadlines with structured guidance
Can manage diverse tasks at once when priorities are clearly defined
Works independently on well-defined tasks and asks for help when needed
Has basic hands-on experience with CRM tools and understands their role in customer management
Has explored AI tools or features and is learning how to apply them in daily work
Enjoys working toward shared goals and contributes to team efforts with enthusiasm
Shows initiative in familiar situations and maintains a constructive attitude
Can complete individual tasks while staying aligned with team expectations

Salary : 18.978,62 € + up to 3.300,00 € gross / year in bonus
