Sales Executive
Madrid (on-site)
This position will be based in Madrid and requires full-time, on-site presence at our facilities. The role is focused on field-based sales activity, being out in the market, actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth for our commercial division.
In this role, you will :
- Be an active part of the sales team to achieve revenue growth
- Focus on field sales, with a strong emphasis on being out of the office, generating leads and opportunities through direct client engagement
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person sales visits per week across Madrid, its surrounding areas, and other assigned territories, with weekly reporting of results, follow-ups, and identified opportunities
- Occasionally carry out sales blitzes outside of Madrid (e.G., Valencia, Málaga, Alicante) as part of specific commercial actions
- Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for sales and administrative duties in Spain & Portugal
- Take initiative in business development, implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability with autonomy and clear criteria
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry by conducting regular on-site visits, sales blitz events, and virtual meetings
- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity through regular market research, analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and marketing plan initiatives
Your qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in salesProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficient in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong willingness to travel and engage directly with clientsAbility to analyze data and propose improvements in methods, processes, and tools to optimize resultsStrong prioritization and decision-making skills focused on business impactFluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & EnglishPleasant, outgoing personality with great interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyWhat we offer :
