Location : Remote (Madrid, Spain), Investment team based in A Coruña

A specialist asset management firm with a strong track record across both listed UCITS funds and private equity closed-ended funds. The team prides itself on deep product expertise, strong investor relationships, and a dynamic approach to fund distribution.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the distribution and investor relations team based in Madrid . You will work closely with the investment team located in A Coruña , managing and developing relationships within the institutional distribution channel, with a particular focus on wealth management clients. The role offers the chance to work across both liquid (UCITS) and illiquid (private equity) strategies, driving business development and strengthening the firm’s presence in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, wealth managers, and private banks

Drive distribution of both UCITS and private equity closed-ended funds across target channels

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing product updates and investment insights

Partner with investment and product teams in A Coruña to tailor solutions for client needs

Support capital raising initiatives and contribute to the development of the distribution strategy

Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of experience in fund distribution, investor relations, or institutional sales

Strong network within the institutional / wealth management distribution channel

Knowledge of both UCITS and private equity fund structures

Proven ability to raise and manage assets across multiple strategies

Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
