Technology Solutions Engineer

HUBMASTER® Warehouse Automation Systems is a global leader in intralogistics solutions. We design, manufacture, and integrate turnkey warehouse automation systems using our proprietary multi-aisle HUBMASTER® stacker crane technology. Our innovative ASRS platforms deliver top performance in high-density storage, operational efficiency, and system reliability.

We are expanding our solutions engineering team and are seeking an Intralogistics Solutions Engineer to support the design and development of advanced warehouse automation projects across international markets.

Use design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) and simulation software to model systems, evaluate feasibility, and develop commercial proposals.

Prepare compelling technical and commercial documentation demonstrating solution capabilities, benefits, and ROI.

Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to validate designs and support successful project execution.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D — skills test required.

Analytical mindset with advanced spreadsheet skills for operational and financial analysis.

Working knowledge of 3D visualization and simulation tools is a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.

Professional working proficiency in English (required). Work on high-impact international projects with leading industrial and logistics companies.
