Engineer - Project Engineering

We are seeking a ML Engineer to our team to take on the technical design and implementation in projects within the scope in initiatives for top-tier organizations.

Being a cloud-native, hybrid or on-premises environment.

Contribute to the standardization of methodologies for development, training, deploying, inference and monitor of AI use cases.

Facing challenges related to MLOps practices, provide resources and tools for Data Scientist, give them flexibility for model development and robust methodology to allow its productivization, train models in an unattended way, monitorize the model performance and generate retrain alarms.

Project execution : ensuring the achievement of technical milestones in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identifying resources needed to do so while ensuring proper management of time, risk and quality.

Development of IaC scripts and pipelines to automate management and deployment of AI Platforms.

Development of custom software integrations to integrate external systems with the AI Platform.

You have 3 or more years of experience with AI-related projects.

You have experience working with IaC (CDK, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

You have experience working with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

You have strong coding skills in any of the most well-known Object-Oriented languages : Python, Java, C#, etc.

You have worked with artificial intelligence in a startup, large company or academic environment helping Data Scientist to deploy their work in production.

You are oriented to achieving high quality results and continuously improving.

Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks, either from the Open-Source community or from a specific cloud provider.

Software design patterns knowledge.

Data Engineering skills and knowledge.

Experience with model and data monitoring.

IAM knowledge (users, groups, roles, permissions, etc.)

To work on projects for leading companies in Spanish and European market.

To be involved in high priority projects with visibility to senior leadership

To apply the latest technical innovations in artificial intelligence platforms in AWS.

To attend and give conferences.
