What You’ll Be Doing

You will translate client objectives into measurable loyalty, growth, and profitability by crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that combine traditional tactics with leading digital strategies.

From kickoff to delivery, you’ll build transparent, trust-based partnerships—sharing successes openly, addressing challenges honestly, and turning insights into continuous improvement. Your expertise in social media strategy, digital marketing campaigns, web optimization, and performance analytics will drive innovation and consistent excellence across all channels.

As a supportive leader, you will empower multidisciplinary teams, balance workloads for sustained performance, and guide the agency’s digital evolution. Through clear, honest communication and steadfast commitment, you’ll deliver data-driven recommendations that demonstrate our value and strengthen long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep digital marketing expertise to present clients with KPIs and performance reports independently.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies with a strong digital focus, backed by measurement systems to track campaign impact.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Incorporate the latest digital trends and innovations for ongoing optimization.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team across digital and traditional channels, fostering transparent communication and loyalty.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • University degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior digital marketing or similar role.
  • Spanish and fluent English (C1 level) to collaborate with international clients.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with experience using project management tools, ERP systems, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication, independence, ambition, and proactive attitude.
  • A keen interest in Employer Branding, HR Marketing, and the latest digital marketing trends.
