• Campaign Management : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns supporting key promotions like low spreads, fast execution, trading competitions, and educational content.
• Community Engagement : Actively engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage conversations to build a strong community, establish trust, and enhance customer experience.
• Market Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on Forex and crypto market trends to create timely posts that resonate with current market dynamics.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track social media performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and compile insights for monthly performance reports to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
