Hardware Project Manager (Intermediate / Expert)

Location : Barcelona, Spain / Toulouse, France

Contract : Permanent (CDI)

Experience : 5–9 years

Work mode : On-site / Hybrid

Your Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the execution of programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond customer expectations. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Line Managers and lead cross-functional teams across Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, and Logistics.

You will :

  • Drive program execution from strategy to delivery.
  • Act as the key liaison between engineering, operations, and business units.
  • Manage remote and international teams effectively.
  • Provide internal assessments of proposals to Account Managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Design Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Test, and Portfolio Management to guarantee alignment with long-term business objectives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • 5–9 years’ experience in project / program management.
  • Strong technical background (design, product engineering, or applications engineering).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
