Health and Environmental Service Manager
As a Health and Environmental Service Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results in the areas of H&S, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure that our organization maintains a safe and healthy work environment, adheres to regulatory requirements, and promotes sustainability.
This is a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental service role that requires implementing and maintaining systems and processes to achieve company performance goals in H&S, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to ensure company performance regarding H&S, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Support local management and the SHEQ team in the development of SHEQ standards, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Conduct incident investigations and follow up with improvement actions to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.
- Deliver on-site training to all levels of employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in the waste and logistics industries, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.PRL Official technical education, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.Knowledge of SHE regulation, enabling you to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance.Fluent in Spanish and at least B2 level in English, facilitating effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.Spanish driving licence, allowing you to travel and conduct business in a timely and efficient manner.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
