Overview

Biostatistician Leadership Position

The position of Lead Biostatistician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality statistical solutions to clients. They serve as strategic advisors to internal teams, fostering long-term growth and client value.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert statistical guidance on study design, including model selection and analysis planning.
  • Lead the development of statistical analyses, tables, figures, and listings using SAS.
  • Generate and validate derived analysis datasets according to CDISC ADaM standards.
  • Author, review, and ensure quality control of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Masters or PhD degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a relevant field with 5-8 years of practical experience.
  • Solid biostatistics experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving approach, and ability to develop programming standards and research methods.
