About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced distributed systems, tackle low-latency problems, and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that will redefine an entire industry.

Key Challenges

Design and implement scalable architectures capable of handling large volumes of data and high user concurrency.

Optimize system performance to ensure real-time responsiveness for critical features.

Solve complex problems related to distributed systems, such as managing Kafka partitions, WebSocket connections, and asynchronous event processing.

Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.

Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Kafka, WebSockets, and similar tools.

Strong knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and low-latency system design.

Experience working on large-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.

A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.

While not mandatory, familiarity with AI / ML technologies is a plus.
