Sales Engineer Manager

COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN MACHINERY RESEARCH, DESIGN, AND MANUFACTURING FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY, BASED IN BARCELONA AND WITH STRONG GROWTH AMBITIONS IN EUROPE, IS SEEKING TO HIRE AN : EUROPE SALES MANAGER - ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS Mission You will be the key link between the technical and commercial vision, understanding customer needs and delivering competitive proposals that generate real value. Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and generate leads in the European market. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to each client. Demonstrate the value of our solutions through presentations and product demonstrations. Offer customized solutions based on our machinery portfolio. Participate in negotiations and contract closures. Collaborate with various departments to deliver comprehensive proposals.

MIN REQUIREMENTS :

What we value Educational background in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Background in technical sales involving products, machinery, and industrial installations. Knowledge of industrial processes and ability to read technical drawings. Fluent English (additional languages will be a plus).
