As a Machinery Sales Engineer , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships across assigned territories. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and customer-focused communication.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in designated markets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize sales potential.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate specifications and delivery.
Conduct machinery demonstrations and support clients across pre- and post-sales stages.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve sales and profit targets.
Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic input to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Fluent in Spanish and English .
Experience or familiarity with printing machinery, production processes, or related industrial equipment is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery sales .
~ Experience in technical sales, customer demonstrations, or project-based machinery solutions is highly desirable.
~ Exposure to printing / packaging machinery industries is a strong advantage.
