Senior Electrical Engineer Offshore Wind (m / f / x)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the electrical system design for an offshore substation
• Development of electrical specifications for EPC tender and negotiate these with suppliers
• Interaction with the overall electrical engineering manager and make sure, that the electrical design of the OSS is compliant with the project’s system design and with the grid code
• Overseeing and evaluating electrical modelling works and working together with internal and external simulation engineers
• Development of electrical component specifications, e.g. for transformers, shunt reactor’s and / or GIS
• Overseeing the EPC contractor’s works in electrical engineering LV / MV / HV throughout all project stages, from early design to commissioning
