Position : Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Digital Tech Hub – Hybrid 3 days per week / remote

Team : Global IT Commercial Team

Overview Team Commercial is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the technical evolution of our Salesforce platform. This is a pivotal role within a growing team, where you’ll serve as the senior-most engineer—providing architectural direction, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that support commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business priorities and operational workflows.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and process automation.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with key enterprise systems including SAP and Microsoft 365.
  • Act as a technical mentor and point of reference for junior engineers within the team.
  • Collaborate with external development partners to uphold quality and performance standards.
  • Contribute to release planning, code reviews, and platform governance.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and platform architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Comfortable guiding less experienced developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in English;

    • Spanish is a plus.

  • Open to continuous learning and platform innovation.
  • Suitable for professionals with 3+ years of experience or exceptional early-career talent.

    • Compensation : €65,000 gross / year + other benefits
