Role : System Engineer (Job Automation)
Location : Madrid (60% in office, 40% Remote)
English (Spanish nice to have)
This role focuses on operating and maintaining our enterprise-grade job automation platforms, including Control-M and Automic Automation (formerly UC4).
Operate and maintain Control-M and Automic Automation (UC4) platforms at the application and system level. Set up and configure environments using Ansible for automation and consistency.
- Perform regular patching, upgrades, and health checks in a high-availability environment.
- Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Work closely with an international agile team, attending to daily, contributing to Kanban ticket updates, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Hands-on experience with Automic Automation (UC4) and / or Control-M.
