M&A Manager – Software

A global information services and technology group with over €5bn in annual revenue and approximately 80% recurring is seeking an M&A Manager to join its corporate development team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile acquisitions within a fast-growing, technology-focused environment.

The Role :

Support the full M&A lifecycle with a focus on deal origination and execution.

Conduct market mapping and sector research to identify strategic acquisition targets.

Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations.

Lead diligence workstreams and coordinate external advisors.

Prepare investment committee materials and presentation packs for senior stakeholders.

The Requirements :

~3–5 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), ideally with a strong focus on software or technology.

~ Proven track record in deal execution and financial analysis.

~ Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and presentation skills.

~ Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior management and cross-border teams.

~ Spanish / Dutch language skills are not required ; relocation support is available for candidates currently based in London.
