Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our pre-opening team as a Key Account Manager for our new hotel in Cáceres, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement proactive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and position the hotel successfully in local and international markets.

  • Develop and implement the hotel's sales plan, focusing on proactive sales initiatives.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Position the hotel as a leading destination in both local and international markets.

    About the Hotel :

    The hotel will be opening in summer 2025 and will bring Hilton's upscale lifestyle brand to one of Spain's most charming historic cities. Located in the heart of the old town, the hotel blends rich heritage with contemporary elegance.

    Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
