Participating in EQ Replacement project being part of the CIB CDAIO team to give support to identify :

Data consumption from Equation and their impact.

Existing golden sources for data currently consumed from Equation, and gaps. Definition of to-be data flows and golden sources, and requirements for each golden source. Data consumption flows should be redirected to corresponding data hubs, which should be fed from the determined golden sources.

Definition of data operating model for new data flows, especially for data quality end-to-end control and accountability.

Identification of the main attributes at data level

Identification of data traceability between the different systems within SCIB where Equation is involved

Documentation of all the information gathered

Requisitos

Experience : At least 3 years of experience in data management projects

Education : Engineering or similar

Technical competencies : Experience under the SCIB area and knowledge of different business areas and domains (Banking, Risk, GTB, …).

Knowledge of the main existing systems in SCIB (Loan IQ, Equation, JQUEST, Aqua+, Cream, …)

Experience in the following lines of work : Policies and procedures related to data governance and data quality

Data catalogues and identification of their attributes (functional and technical)

Data flow mapping and technical and functional data traceability

Definition and deployment of data quality control models

Manage stakeholders’ engagement (leading workshops and meetings acting as a bridge between functional users and technical teams)

High level of English

Good communication skills

Proactive and solution-oriented skills
