Overview

Are you ready to take the lead in building a brand's offline retail presence in Spain from the ground up? Our client, a fast-growing global e-commerce leader in professional tools and equipment, is expanding across Europe and is seeking a Sales Manager to drive their offline channel success in Spain. This is a 100% remote role with massive growth potential!

  • Location : Remote (Based in Spain)
  • Employment Type : Local third-party agency contract (until entity launch)
  • Industry : B2B Sales Retail Distribution Home Improvement Tools
  • Languages : Spanish (native) English (fluent)
  • Compensation : base performance-based commission & bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Develop Spain's offline distribution network from scratch
  • Establish partnerships with DIY hardware unions (e.g. BigMat Ferritalia Brico Io Bricolife Gruppo Made)
  • Drive expansion into large KA chains (e.g. Leroy Merlin Obi Bricoman)
  • Negotiate commercial terms adapt product mix to local market needs
  • Close deals with regional wholesalers and distributors
  • Build strategic go-to-market plans with HQ and localize sales efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on positioning and offering
  • Requirements

  • 5 years experience in DIY / tools / hardware distribution channels
  • Existing relationships with Brico chains or hardware groups highly preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B key account sales & retail partnerships
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English
  • Ideal backgrounds
