About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
- Support general HR administration tasks.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.Core Competencies :
