The Opportunity
Cint is seeking a Team Lead for our EMEA & APAC Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly to our global lead. This role involves supporting high-profile customers, coordinating with internal stakeholders across departments and regions, and leading a team of integration consultants across various locations.
The Demand Integrations team provides technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.
As the Lead for EMEA and APAC, you will oversee customer integrations, your team’s performance, and contribute to the company's success. Key metrics include customer integration health, growth, and time-to-launch for new customers.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Account Management, R&D teams, and regional counterparts, while supporting and understanding the cultural and business nuances of your region.
This role requires flexibility with time zones, remote work, and potential travel for customer visits and team events.
The Team
The Demand Integrations team is part of the Customer Experience Organization, working across departments to facilitate communication between sales, customer success, and technical teams, and to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
Our team supports customers globally, with members in the US, Europe, and India, focusing on Marketplaces, Measurement & Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding queries and escalations in EMEA / APAC
Support your team with queries and escalations
Build relationships with internal departments and stakeholders
Foster your team’s growth and learning
Model creativity and a solution-oriented mindset
Manage change and support your team and customers through it
Understand regional customer needs, cultural differences, and challenges
Assess regional performance and opportunities
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure healthy and growing integrations
Understand high-profile customers’ internal structures and needs
Provide technical guidance during all phases of integration
Collaborate on process improvements and rollout
Create relevant internal documentation
Recommend API improvements internally and for customers
Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly
Develop industry knowledge to promote Cint’s value
Understand different customer business models and how integration benefits them
Practice effective time management and self-discipline
Qualifications
Experience in mentoring, team management, and leadership
Experience onboarding customers to tech solutions and understanding customer lifecycle
Technical expertise with REST APIs, platform integrations
Ability to handle large data volumes
Problem-solving skills with analytical approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Technical skills in Postman, Bruno, Git, Linux, API troubleshooting, basic coding, and engineering concepts
Experience with SQL, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Knowledge of internet protocols, API frameworks, and programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Go
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and API infrastructure
Additional language skills beyond English
