Key Responsibilities

• Support soft HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

• Assist in the coordination of performance management processes, appraisals and feedback cycles.

• Support employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.

• Coordinate HR administrative processes such as contracts, contract amendments, personnel files and employee documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

• Support the HR team with training coordination, including attendance follow-up and documentation.

• Assist with HR reporting by tracking key HR metrics and preparing basic reports when required.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations (scheduling, filing, internal requests, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Administrative role.

• Strong knowledge of soft HR processes and HR administration.

• Good understanding of labour regulations and HR best practices (local legislation is a plus).

• High level of organisation and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Good command of MS Office and HR systems.
