Key Responsibilities Elaboration of operational reports and ad hoc analysis

Performance of operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

Cross-operation with other departments (HR, Recruitment, and Finance)

Providing insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency

As an integral member of our Business Data Management team, you will be working closely with transversal departments to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications A burning interest in operational data

Ability to work as an operational controller in an international environment

Your profile should include : Academic degree in Business or equivalent

Experience in business / operational control or motivation to learn in this field

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel commands (formulas, pivots)

Native Spanish speaker with professional English language skills
