What are we looking for now?

A Data Product Manager who will ensure that our data team delivers high-quality, reliable, and business-relevant data products that empower decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders across finance, compliance, CRM, product and operations to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure our data products solve the most important problems.
• Drive increased adoption of our data products and assets by training the business users.
• Prioritize the data product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Ensure that the backlog communicates clearly what the team is working on.
• Define and document standards for each data product, including data documentation requirements, latency targets, ownership and access management, suitable development workflows (CI / CD), data quality processes (monitoring, alerting & incident management), and usage targets.
• Increase the use of data governance tools such as data catalogs and lineage tracking to improve trust, discoverability, and compliance across the organization.
• Contribute directly to core data products when needed.
