This Role is for you if you are :
- A customer-obsessed marketing strategist—first in line to try the newest AI marketing tools
- Well-versed in navigating Ads Managers for major paid social and search platforms, leveraging the latest tools and features
- Focused on running campaigns that prioritize sales and results over traffic and awareness
- Passionate about ad networks and performance marketing strategies for consumer digital products
- Obsessed with discovering and tracking social media trends
- Customer-obsessed (we emphasize this twice on purpose!)
- Focused exclusively on paid media; we do not handle SEO or other digital paths
We believe that the best marketing is AI-assisted, data-driven, and human-in-the-loop. This role involves helping set strategy based on client needs and business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy — 30% of your time
Understand clients’ business objectives and KPIsDefine strategy for each account based on budget and goalsAnalyze results and market trends to determine the best course of actionManage a team of marketers to utilize tools effectively and deliver top-tier ad experiencesAccount Management — 60% of your time
Interface directly with clients weeklyPresent reports and campaign updatesGuide clients on using valid tools and media-related queriesServe as the primary point of contact at ValidProduct — 10% of your time
Collaborate with engineering and PM teams to translate marketing needs into productsRequired Qualifications
Strong English and communication skills5+ years of performance marketing experience, including at least 2+ years within an agencyManage over $250,000 / month ad spend across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and othersComfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to interpret ad account performanceExperience in client-facing roles as a senior point of contactNice to Have
Experience managing and hiring marketing teamsAdvertising experience for mobile appsKnowledge of MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Airbridge, Singular, etc.)Experience with Apple Search AdsUnderstanding of SKAN and iOS attributionYou’re Probably a Good Fit If :
